Born from experience, Century 21 Fairways, opened its first office in May of 2018.   Owners John and Susan Gill have a vast background in the real estate sector.   John has years of experience as a mortgage broker and Susan as a Real Estate Broker.   Together with their team of agents, they created a winner Century 21 Fairways.    

Coming from a background of two decades, with an independent brokerage, the team of agents have found it so enlightening to have so many tools that Century 21 and the Realogy brand have to offer.   We provide comprehensive listing presentations for all sectors of the market including residential, multifamily, commercial.   Financial analysis for investors to help them determine if an investment is viable and fits into their current needs and wants.  A listing into the C21 system is pushed out to over 200 websites within 24 hours of hitting the market.   We have marketing measuring tools to help us and our clients understand the performance of their property.   Our property management division, growing by leaps and bounds, helps all types of investors.    Sometimes a consumer cannot sell their property but needs to be able to fund the property, C21 puts the property into our management system so that the property performs for them.   Our other clients are single family homes, multi-unit properties, shopping centers, and office buildings.   The accounting staff at C21 Fairways supplies monthly statements for our owners and provides projections to constantly increase the property’s valuation if the seller would decide to sell the property.   The Fine Homes division of Century 21 Fairways is ready to market your property with the highest quality and most comprehensive marketing pieces both print and online.
